AI Solutions · Data and analytics

Data and analytics that turn records into decisions.

We bring data from your separate systems into one place, agree what each number means and build dashboards people actually open. Clean data also makes later AI work possible.

In short

What is data analytics?

Data analytics is the practice of collecting, cleaning and analysing business data to answer questions and guide decisions. technocity connects your systems into a central data warehouse, defines shared metrics, builds dashboards for each team and sets up scheduled reports, so leaders see consistent numbers without exporting spreadsheets.

The problems we solve

Each team reports a different number for the same thing

Monthly reports are built by hand from exports

Data sits in separate tools that do not talk

Dashboards exist but nobody trusts or opens them

How it works

From first call to results

1

List the decisions

We start from the decisions leaders make and the numbers they need for them.

2

Connect and clean

We load data from each system and fix duplicates, gaps and mismatched IDs.

3

Define the metrics

We agree one definition for each key number and record it where everyone can see.

4

Build and review

We build dashboards, then check usage after a month and remove what nobody opens.

Questions

Common questions

What is a data warehouse and do I need one?

A data warehouse is a central database that stores cleaned data from your different systems for reporting. You likely need one if reports require manual exports from several tools or teams disagree on numbers. Smaller businesses can start with a simple PostgreSQL warehouse.

Which dashboard tool should we use?

The right dashboard tool depends on your budget, data size and who will build reports. Metabase and Looker Studio suit most small and mid-sized teams, while Power BI fits companies already on Microsoft 365. We recommend based on your existing tools.

How do you combine data from different systems?

Data from different systems is combined by loading it into one warehouse and matching records with shared identifiers, such as email, order number or customer ID. Where identifiers differ, we build mapping rules and flag records that cannot be matched.

Can AI analyse our business data?

AI can help analyse business data by answering plain-language questions and spotting patterns, but only if the data is clean and well defined. Without a reliable warehouse and agreed metrics, AI answers will be inconsistent. We fix the data foundation first.

How often can dashboards update?

Dashboards can update anywhere from every few minutes to once a day, depending on the source systems and cost. Most business reporting works well with hourly or daily refreshes. Near real-time updates are possible where the source supports them.
